About us

The Society of Native Nations (SNN) is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization founded by Indigenous Peoples in Texas, with members across various states. Our mission is to advocate for Indigenous Peoples and future generations by protecting and preserving our culture, spirituality, teachings, medicine, and way of life.

We are committed to defending the rights of Indigenous communities, confronting harmful policies, and addressing systemic inequities that impact our people. Through education, advocacy, and community-driven initiatives, we strive to promote unity, healing, and the long-term well-being of Indigenous Nations.

Community-Led Support

Rapid response program

The Society of Native Nations' Rapid Response Program is dedicated to addressing immediate needs within Indigenous communities. Through initiatives like weekly fresh produce deliveries to elders and vulnerable individuals, distribution of essential supplies, and providing technology to support youth education, we strive to uphold our commitment to cultural preservation and community well-being. By centering Indigenous leadership and knowledge, the program ensures that aid is both effective and respectful of our traditions.
